How does Mino’s ordering process work?

Each piece is carefully sourced and prepared once your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and ensure you receive freshly made items directly from our partner ateliers

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because every order begins processing right away, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once it’s confirmed. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before checkout.

I forgot to add something — can I combine two orders?

Orders are processed individually, so they can’t be merged once placed. You can simply create a new order for the additional item.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your country and the specific items in your order. You’ll see the most accurate estimated delivery time at checkout.

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to follow your order’s journey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to PO boxes in most regions. Please make sure your address details are complete and accurate.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

What happens to returned clothing?

Returned items are never resold. Instead, we donate them to trusted local partners who ensure the pieces go to individuals and communities in need. Every return helps us support a more responsible fashion cycle.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund, and you can place a new order for the desired item.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

👕 Sizing & Fit

I’m between sizes — what do you recommend?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with weight-based guidance (for example, “45 kg – 50 kg → Size S”). As long as you follow the chart, the fit should be just right.

If you prefer a looser look, we recommend sizing up; for a more fitted silhouette, size down.

Do you offer plus sizes?
